Staff

Mike is the lead pastor at Valley Springs. His responsibilities include casting vision for the church, teaching and preaching, and overseeing staff and leader development. Mike enjoys cycling, reading and spending time doing fun outdoor activities with his wife Laura, daughter Kiah, and son James.

Carrie serves as the Valley Springs Kids Program director. Her responsibilities include overseeing the weekend service, curriculum development, special events, and childcare, all for infants through fifth grade children. She is responsible for making sure our Sunday morning Kid's Church is fun, impactful, and safe. She enjoys going on walks, soaking up the Oregon sun, and spending time with her husband Justin, daughter Raya, and son Titus.

Omar is our worship leader. He is responsible for leading and training worship band members, and leading worship at our Sunday Service. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and fishing with his son, Sage.
